DaBaby has more allegations against him now, this one is for allegedly punching a driver in the back of the head in Vegas. The alleged attack happened in November but wasn’t reported until February. Ummmm what took so long?
The driver said he received the call to pick up DaBaby and his friends and when he arrived everyone jumped into the Mercedes Sprinter van. After a few stops the driver said the guys sparked up a joint and he told them that was a no no. Cops say this is when the guys start cursing out the driver and threatened him. When they got to the Hard Rock Hotel, the driver told passengers it was time to pay up. The driver claims DB punched him in the back of the head and said "You ain't the boss".
TMZ law enforcement sources say one of the suspects said, "You're lucky you're not in my city because I would have killed you cracker motherf***er. Cops say DaBaby and his friends got their bags, but not before someone allegedly saying they "should have left him (the driver) dead on the road."
Sources say there's now an active arrest warrant to bring in DaBaby for misdemeanor battery.
