Did Harvey Weinstein Case Just Crumble?

Everyone knows by now that Weinstein has been arrested, handcuffed and already released out of jail on a $10 million bond but new evidence might change somethings. He was arrested because of sexual assault allegations involving two women. One woman said he forced her to have sex and the other said he forced her to give him oral sex. Now Weinstein's lawyer is saying Weinstein had a 10 year relationship with one of the ladies. If this is true, can he be charged for rape? We will keep you updated.
