If you haven’t heard by now, there is a “Free Jessie Movement” going on. Everyone by now knows that Jessie is serving jail time because the court feels he lied and mislead everyone when it comes to his “attack”. I personally didn’t believe it from the beginning, but many gave him the benefit of the doubt. Jessie is now dealing with the consequences the court has imposed and its getting ugly. Jessie made sure to let the world know he is not suicidal just incase the Cook County law enforcement were to cause him bodily harm. We know Cook County is a little tired of him, so he wants to protect his self. I see where hes going with this but it seemed very odd for him to start yelling “I am not suicidal” as he was taking in to custody.
Jessie was actually put in the psych ward and his brother urged family and fans to petition the court system and get him removed. Well, it looks like it worked because Jessie has been removed and his brother is thanking everyone. He believes everyone support made a difference. He said the public applied pressure and it worked. Jessie has been moved from a restrained bed to regular bed. Now that Jessie has been removed his brother feels everyone needs to apply even more pressure to free Jessie.
Quick reminder Jussie was ordered to serve a 5 month sentence, 30 months of felony probation, $120,000 in restitution and $25,000 in fines. The chances of him doing a total 5 months is already small, but if his brother has anything to do with it he will get out earlier. He wants Jessie out tomorrow.
