Yay!! Kenya Moore is delivering soon. Kenya has a condition called Preeclampsia which is a pregnancy complication characterized by high blood pressure and signs of damage to another organ system, most often the liver and kidneys. Kenya will be just fine, and we will soon welcome #babyDaly.
