Diddy’s Release Date Moved Up Again! At This Rate, He’ll Be Home in Two Weeks

Okay, what exactly is going on with Diddy’s prison calendar?
Sean “Diddy” Combs reportedly has another updated release date. Federal Bureau of Prisons records now list his projected release for January 21, 2028. The previous date was February 5, 2028, and before that, the date had already changed several times.
At this point, every time we check the calendar, Diddy has moved a little closer to the front door.
Now, let me be clear. Diddy is not getting released in two weeks, so nobody needs to start ordering party supplies or searching for an all white outfit. But if this date keeps moving, we may look up one morning and find him standing outside Fort Dix asking who has the keys to the Maybach.
Diddy is serving a 50 month federal sentence after being convicted on two counts involving transportation for prostitution. He was acquitted of the more serious sex trafficking and racketeering charges. His legal team is also appealing his conviction and sentence.
The reason for this latest adjustment has not been officially explained. Projected federal release dates can change because of sentence calculations, earned time credits, participation in approved programs, or other administrative decisions. Diddy has reportedly been participating in a drug rehabilitation program, although officials have not confirmed that it caused this particular change.
Still, this release date has moved around more than somebody trying to avoid sitting next to an ex at a family reunion.
First it was later. Then it was earlier. Then it changed again. Now we are at January 21, 2028.
Sir, is this a prison sentence or a flexible hotel reservation?
The important word here is “projected.” January 21, 2028 is the date currently listed, but it is not carved into stone. The date could move again depending on federal calculations, institutional decisions, the outcome of his appeal, or anything else affecting his sentence.
So no, Diddy is not coming home next weekend.
Not yet, anyway.
But with this calendar moving the way it has been moving, we will keep one eye on the Bureau of Prisons records and the other eye on the party invitations.
What do you think? Will January 21, 2028 finally remain his release date, or will it move again before we finish updating the headline? 💋
